This 5-day retreat will guide you through an intentional cleanse that supports your entire body—detoxifying your blood, organs, and energy systems. At this retreat you will learn essentials to a healthy cleanse by Holistic Practitioner Tawni Sands and be guided through a full 4 day cleanse that supports the entire body, including blood and organs.  You will learn essential cleansing DOs and DON'TS. The first 3 days will consist of Proper vegetable juices and day 4 & 5 will be integration of whole foods, beginning with cooked and raw vegetables. On day 5 we will break the cleanse with a full gentle meal.Your Full-Body Cleanse Includes:
